To make a claim, please contact us at +1 (604) 502-7700  or Email us (choice@insurebc.ca) and one of our insurance brokers will connect with you.

During the call, we would request you to provide some important information including:

  • Full name or complete business owner details
  • A copy of your insurance policy
  • Police record in case of accidents
  • Complete detail of events
  • Relevant evidence such as photos and videos of the damage done.

You can submit your claim during business hours between 9 am to 5 pm.

After business hours, submit your claims at choice@insurebc.ca with a detailed message about the event. Our insurance broker will get back to you within 24-48 hours of submitting the claim.

What Happens After You Submit the Claim?

  • Once your claim is submitted, the situation is reviewed and investigated before we process the claim.
  • Our insurance broker will work closely with you to ensure no further damage is done to a property or business. We recommend you let us investigate the case before your clear up the scene in case of windstorms, wildfires, property damage, etc.
  • Once the claim is accepted and processed, we will assist you to get back on track as early as possible.
  • Throughout the process, our agent, in accordance with the Broker Conduct Guidelines, will answer all your queries patiently as we understand the stress you might be experiencing.
